Phil McNally is a Manchester-based Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist and Trauma-Informed Therapist. With more than a decade of experience across mental health services, higher education and specialist trauma support, he works with individuals and couples both online and in person.

His approach is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to each client's needs, helping people navigate challenges including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma and bereavement.

Alongside his private practice, Phil supports male survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence and rape. He is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
