Thank you for considering Jon Aspinall Photography. Here you’ll find information about the booking process, payment terms, image delivery and everything you need to know before booking your photography session.
My Approach
I believe the best portraits happen when people feel comfortable being themselves. My approach combines professional lighting and direction with a relaxed atmosphere, creating images that feel authentic rather than forced.
How Booking Works
1. Get in touch
Tell me what you’re looking for, including the type of photography, preferred date, location and any ideas you have.
I’ll then discuss your requirements, availability and the most suitable package.
2. Choose your session
Every shoot is tailored to the person or organisation being photographed.
Whether it’s a graduation celebration, a personal portrait, or images that represent your business, I’ll work with you to create photographs that feel authentic and professional.
3. Secure your booking
A 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required to secure your date.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and the details of your session have been agreed.
4. The photography session
I aim to create a relaxed environment where you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
I’ll provide guidance with posing, expression and positioning while allowing space for natural moments and personality to come through.
5. Editing and delivery
After your session, your images are carefully selected and professionally edited.
Your final images will be delivered through a private online gallery within the agreed timeframe.
